Who gets my IM? The College Library's reference staff answers your questions. If you don't get an immediate IM reply, please wait or feel free to contact the staff through additional services above. Patrons at the Reference Desk (1st floor, JCCC Billington Library) have priority over IM patrons. IM patrons are taken on a first-come-first-served basis.
